The partial roof replacement by Empreza was easily the most impressive experience I've ever had with a contractor. Beyond the unbeatable price (seriously, it felt like I was getting away with something), their service set a new standard for home contract work. Of the 5 contractors that gave quotes, Rafael was the only one to arrive on time and physically get on the roof to look for the source of the issue. Not only did he find a significant installation oversight from a previous re-shingling, but discovered severe damage to the adjoined condo's roof that had been responsible for the bulk of the damage to mine. Without his strategic inspection, my roof would have been trashed by the neighbors' leaks again within a year. Rafael provided videos and photographs of the work as it progressed and when it was complete. He included narrated footage of the neighbors' roof cratering to the touch, which is priceless in gaining their cooperation with repairs. He facilitated remote interactions like electronic signatures and payment, which made me dance a little in my chair at work (which I never had to leave because Rafael is awesome). . The initiative he took with convenience and keeping me informed has made Empreza my go-to from now on. Lastly, I must mention how appreciative I am of the respectful, professional way that Rafael spoke to me as a client. He was a breath of fresh air in a sordid barrage of rough-handed men that think every unaccompanied woman's name is "sweetheart". He explained, without speaking down, the issues and particulars in a way that left me feeling informed and confident that the job was being done right.

I highly recommend Urbem Contracting! Rafael gave me a great price and produced a high quality paint job to my basement. He and his partner were extremely professional. They were on time, on budget, and easy to communicate with before, during, and after the project. The quality of the paint job was superb. I will definitely be using Urbem Contracting for many of my projects in the near future!!
