I always wanted to help those who had problems understanding technical information. I saw the need to take this technical trash and translate it into easily understood instructions.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provided a pro-bono resume for a veteran that had been unemployed for an overly extensive amount of time. She had lost faith, confidence and the desire to win. We transferred her military and accomplishments into commercial language. Our interpretation of her skills resulted in her landing a job in the communications industry.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Tell the writer as much as possible about your job, skills, accomplishment and dreams. Let the writer know whether you prefer income over your most intimate, heart-felt goals.
