FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is dependent upon my customers needs. I charge hourly and for smaller jobs and my customer's budget I will charge a flat rate. I also offer professional crews for those persons who just need help loading and unloading their inventory. This service can accommodate single mothers, seniors and handicapped persons on a limited budget and can't afford the full professional moving services, i.e. transportation and crews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost is our open communication with our customers. We let them know that we are here to accommodate them and help make their move as stress less as possible. We ask that they understand the various questions we ask are meant to have clarity of their moving needs. We provide them with an honest competitive quote. Once the charges are agreed upon we schedule their move. Our Administrator invites them to call if they have any questions, date changes, time considerations or added inventory. Our Administrator stays in touch with them prior to the move date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is in business. I am a college graduate. However, the moving industry is in my blood. It is a generational American story. I learned the moving business from my father. As a boy when I was old enough to ride on the truck I worked. I developed my work ethic from my fathers example. I branched out when I became an adult and started my own moving company.
