Introduction: I am a PC enthusiast who enjoys audio/video and networking technologies. I like hardware! I have built many custom gaming rigs for other gamers and have previously worked both in car stereo installation and audio/video high-end sales. My troubleshooting/repair/tool skills began in my previous career as an aircraft mechanic. I can diagnose and fix desktop hardware/software and laptop/netbook problems. I even have had success with iPhones. I am an A+ certified PC technician and am currently studying for my Cisco CCNA network associate certificate. I am proficient at configuring and administrating Microsoft Windows and client operating systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10) in both 32- and 64-bit iterations. I also have some server and Linux experience (Ubuntu, Fedora, and Suse).
