- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies in respect to the nature of the service I am providing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I would like sit with the client to converse about what it is they are wanting or needing and together we can put together ideas where we are both comfortable with the desired possible results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in computer programming and a degree in business administration accompanied with a CompTIA A+ certification for computer repair. I have been working with computers on and off for the last 16 years and have been performing business related services for at least 10 of those years.
