Hello, In response to Jeff's review I would first like to start off by apologizing as I never like to hear that one of MSMR's customers is dissatisfied with our services. Additionally, I am truly apologetic that this unfortunate circumstance occurred. As Jeff indicated, I was unable to keep my commitment to his appointment for snow removal due to engine difficulties with 2 of my work vehicles. This was an unforseen and quite unexpected issue to arise. I sent Jeff a text message the evening before I was to arrive letting him know I would be unable to perform services that next day. Shortly thereafter I was on the road with my one remaining truck to complete as much work as possible and was not available by phone. I contacted Jeff by phone on Wednesday of that same week, (the day after I was originally scheduled for his snow removal) and promptly apologized for the inconvenience I caused him. Unfortunately we were unable to come to a common ground. To any prospective customers reading this response I would like to say that I take full responsibility for this unfortunate circumstance and have not had any issues since this time with being unable to fulfill any job I have committed to. My customers are typically very happy with our services and frequently report that we are trustworthy and the quality of our work is top-notch.
