- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon being contacted by a potential customer for roofing services, one of MSMR's staff members reaches out to the customer promptly, usually within the same business day. After a short conversation regarding the customers needs, an initial meeting is arranged for an evaluation of their needs. We provide a complimentary assessment and offer our recommendations as well as a quote for services rendered. At this point, the customer decides if they would like to work with us, and if they do, we arrange a start date for the work to begin!
