- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and difficulty of each job. We offer a 5% discount when customers refer our company to 2 people (friends or family}
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we like to begin by meeting our customer at the service address to discuss the project in detail. It is during this time we will look at the project and determine the customers price range, preferred completion date, details about the job to help us give the best estimate. We will discuss materials at this time as well. We like to provide the customer with several options so they can pick the best material to fit their budget and their style. If there are any questions about materials or techniques, we will try to educate and the customer so they can make a good decision. Once we have completed this meeting we will provide the customer with a detailed scope of work and estimated cost. As soon as they have accepted our quote we can schedule work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner I am from a family that has owned and operated construction businesses for several generations. I also managed a Greensbori branch of a Charlotte-based roofing company previous to the start of Right Way Roofing and Restoration.
