- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When an order is booked, the customer is contacted to get a description of the move. The customer is then sent a quote via text/email. If the customer accepts, they will send us a corresponding text/email to confirm services and secure a date and time slot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Business Administration from The Citadel Military College. Managed a rental company fo 4 yrs which entailed in delivering and moving of furniture, appliances, and electronics.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
About 5 yrs ago my wife and i were employed at a private healthcare office. The owner was conducting shady business which resulted in us not being paid on numerous occasions. As a result we lost almost everything we had. It was then we decided to start a business. To be our own boss. To pay ourselves. To never be put in that predicament again.
