- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually it is $35 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the student and they tell me what they need and where they are having trouble. I watch what they do and how they do their work looking for points of misunderstanding that can affect all that they do. I guide them and assist them in formulating what they are trying to do and various strategies to accomplish this. I leave the exploring to the student. I try to allow the student to do as much as possible by themselves. I encourage the student to do things several ways. Later they will know how some ways work but take longer than others.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an M.D. but have a college minor in mathematics.
