- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its simple. 75% of the first month rent plus 8% monthly fee. If the homeowner decides to take over the property management once I secure a tenant, there is no fee to cancel services. Cancellation must be in writing and provided 30 days in advance of the effective date of cancellation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, brokers must complete continuing education throughout their career to renew licenses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Sales, management, repairs and ongoing maintenance, field tenant calls.
