Introduction: The customer I work for is what I enjoy most. Connecting a wire to an electronic piece I didn't help design or create isn't real fulfilling. On the other hand helping someone turn their den into a home theater or install a TV on the patio to watch the games outside is what I enjoy. Seeing a huge smile and a satisfied customer once a project is completed is an awesome feeling. That is what's kept me in this line of work and has also driven me to be a better installer.

Shane helped me purchase the hardware I would need to mount the TVs I was putting up. He rewired things through the attic, and he helped center and adjust the TVs at an optimal viewing height. He connected all of my devises and checked they were working properly. Shane is professional, hard working, personable and knowledgable.

I have a large theatre room with connected bar/serving area and I needed a large scale Audio Visual install with surround sound and multiple TV monitors connected to both rooms. Shane Nutter and his crew were not only very professional, but he was extremely clean on site and worked fast. The job itself was done better than I expected. I will be using Solid Connections and Shane again for future projects. Thumbs up!

Shane was extremely professional, efficient, knowledgable, and helpful. I do not know much about technology but he was able to explain everything to me in a way that I understood. He hung all of our tvs, our projector, put in our indoor and outdoor speakers, ran new cable and cleaned up the mess we had with all of our other cables. Everything looks so neat now and all the cables are tucked away and organized. He was also able to help install a few security cameras. Shane was very affordable, I would have paid more for all the work he did and guidance he gave me. We will be calling him again in the future for anything we need!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having the customer paint a picture of what they have in mind helps me prepare for the install. So with large projects I prefer to do an on-site walk through of the job prior to the install.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of Audio/Video work experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A cousin of mine got me involved at a very young age.
