- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the house and what exactly the clients needs to happen. Such as a Deep Cleaning vs. a Standard Cleaning. The Deep cleaning is quite involved and takes me all day to accomplish because I am cleaning the house from top to bottom in detail. The Standard Clean would normally take me a couple of hours to accomplish and covers the basic components of cleaning. I also offer organizing along with my other services. I price that service on an hourly basis because usually clients need me for several hours at a time for a week or so.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is first to build a solid rapport with client. I am a small business vs. the larger cleaning companies out there. Which means I will be the only one showing up at your door each time for cleaning day. Which means I am able to get to know the client and build that trust and foundation. I get to know the clients wants and needs and what they envision happening every week, bi weekly or month when I clean. I work with the new client to make a cleaning schedule tailored based on their specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from college with a BA in Psychology. I do believe that my schooling in this particular field has helped me understand people better and how to be a better listener. The schooling helped me how to become more disciplined and taught me perseverance.
