- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$2 per letter w/o return address $3 per letter w/ return address $20 per sign or print up to 8.5" x 11" $80 per sign or print up to 25" x 40" Custom sizing and printing is always available, these prices are rough guidelines for new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Within 48 hours (usually within 12), you will receive a new client + inspiration questionnaire and contract. Shortly after I will get to work on your signs, letters, cake topper-- whatever it is you need! Turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, depending on how quickly I receive your questionnaire and contract, and how quickly you communicate back on design input :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Watercolor, nib, or chalk marker- I do it all! I have formally trained with Jessica Clinch and Laura Hooper, two experts in the field of modern calligraphy.
