- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices aren't outrageous, but we're not the cheapest on the block either. Long travel distances (over 50 miles) may require a travel charge as well. For audio equipment rentals, we don't rent without an operator (me) present.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Beginning with a phone call or email, we like to always meet in person to discuss the event and the client's expectations. Also to see if we "click"; occasionally it happens that we're just not the best DJ for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had some college coursework that relates, but most of my education/training has been on-the-job, having worked audio production since early college.
