Scheduled a day for them to do an estimate, got a call at the time they were suppose to be here telling me they're running alittle bit late, and hour and a half later I decide to call the guy and he tells me he could never find my place and we'd have to reschedule....complete waste of time... unfortunately I have to leave a star

I have 0 tolerance for not showing up for an appointment. This estimator is no longer with my company. I would greatly appreciate a second chance to earn your business. I requested a quote and never got one. Two other companies did follow through with their quotes but reached out to Wayne several times via email but got no response. A little disappointed in that.

As far as their response time I will give them a 10. Their customer service is awesome! Heather is the best! I was given an awesome quote, with very friendly service. They have not started the job yet. So stay tuned for the final review. I can say this. I'm loving what I'm seeing thus far.

Sterling was hired to redo the roof and gutters on our garage. They were fantastic to work with. Communication was very good. They worked diligently in spite of the ridiculous weather and did a great job. We would definitely hire them again for another project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have our marketing team call and set up an appointment for a free estimate. One of our consultants come out and provide product knowledge and pricing. The estimate is good for one year. We also provide no hassle financing. Most customers get 0% financing.
