Introduction: As the owner of an owner/operator type small business, I believe that answering the phone and returning calls from voice mails is vital to running a successful business. Communication with customers is important to me. I want the customer to be able to plan their day around the time I'll be on site, and know that I will be there as close as possible to stated time of arrival. If unforeseen circumstances prevent me from doing the work on the original date agreed on, I will always let my customer know as soon as possible, so they can plan accordingly. I do my best to leave the work site clean and safe from holes that could cause a fall or other type of injury.
My machine is big enough to tackle stumps of any size, yet small enough to not make a big impact on your yard and tear it up. My stump grinder is remote controlled, allowing me to have visibility on all sides of the machine. This allows me to work up close to buildings, sidewalks, driveways, etc, without causing damage to them. It also allows me to be aware of when pedestrians or pets may be entering the work zone, so I can ensure their safety.
I take pride in my work, and enjoy trying to exceed the customers expectations.
