Dr. Joy is CEO/JOY OF SPORT(20 years) in Texas, California & Florida. She previously co-owned and directed MACCI INTERNATIONAL TENNIS ACADEMY with Rick in Florida. And was a Global Tennis Director/Coach with PETER BURWASH INTERNATIONAL (PBI) in Florida, Hawaii, Austria, Tahiti & Japan.
She is the author of "Baby Boomer Tennis" & "Gender Tennis Training"* she starred in "Tele-Tennis" a European Tennis Television Series (Performed in German) * and is an Adjunct Professor @ University of Dallas, College of Business, for PAADS Leadership Academy (teaching Sports Leaders of PAADS with NBL, NFL, MLB, WTA, ATP, USTA, LPGA, WWE, IOC).
Dr. Joy's unique holistic "Body/Mind/Sport" training (combining Tennis Physiology/Sports Psychology/BioMechanics) helps students of all ages (Special Olympics to Sports Superstars, Juniors/College Players/Adults/Seniors/Pros) learn their Keys to SUCCESS from Inside/Out while enjoying & excelling quickly in our great Sport of a Lifetime! :-)

Coach Joy's name says it all; her positive and uplifting demeanor made our daughter's tennis lessons a positive experience well beyond the skill specific elements of each training session. Undoubtedly, Joy is a tremendous tennis coach, but the life skills she emparts to her students are intangible qualities that make her special.

We love Joy! My two daughters and I all take lessons with Joy. She is the most positive and patient pro that I have ever worked with. She is unbelievable with my girls. She keeps it fun and positive while quickly teaching them the skills for a lifetime of tennis. She instantly fixed parts of my game that have frustrated me for years. I cannot say enough great things about Joy....so glad we found her!
