Bruce Nishimwe is an outgoing, warm and enthusiastic caterer. He helped us plan and organize our wedding anniversary celebration in relatively little time. Prior to confirming, he let us taste the delicious food without charge, and provided good advice in planning. We enjoyed the staff who served, and our guests really enjoyed the food. He was also willing to learn about cutting cake for many guests, when cake was not on his menu. He brought wristbands for our guests since our event was in a public park, something we didn't think of ourselves, as a way to confirm that the people he served were actually our guests. We love Bruce's sunshine personality!
