This is as good as it gets ! Serious. Personal fitness requires effort, dedication, motivation and sticking to the plan. But apart from all that you need a good trainer. William is the best, I can vouch for this guy. I am result oriented. He customized not just a training plan but also a diet plan and Im not talking a generic plan that you will get off the internet. He works with you to actually make a plan that you can follow. He will push you, he will be by your side and correct your form. Its not about the reps you do, its about the form you do it and he will ensure that you are in the right form. When he says you will see a difference in 2-3 weeks, he means that. Of course you will have to show up and follow the regimen. There is no substitute for hardwork and with William on your side there is no substitute for coaching. We dont waste time in the gym, we just do it! If you are serious about improving your fitness level or having that beach body for summer then William is the guy for you.

Before lifting with Bill, I thought my workouts good and hard...not anymore! He is dedicated in helping you reach your goals no matter how big or small but is not afraid to make you puke a time or two! My goal is bodybuilding so it's great to have a trainer who has competed and won! You can see his expertise in the field by my personal gains over the last 6+ months working with him! Would not even be half this close to my goals if I continued lifting on my own!

I have been working with Bill for a year and a half. He is getting me ready to compete in my first masters bodybuilding show in 2014. Up to this date I have put on 15lb's of muscle and lost 3% of my body fat. He constantly changes my workout routines and the results I have seen are incredible.

I have been working with Bill for almost 3 years now and the changes in my body are remarkable. When I first started training with Bill I was at rock bottom. Through the nine months with him he has helped me loose 70lbs. I never thaught that I would ever be this healthy I only dreamed it. He is supportive, understanding and he knows how hard to push me and when to adjust for optimal results. I can truley say I have the best trainer and even a great freind. Thank you Bill!
