- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet - free consult in person If it's a good fit - great! If not - that's ok, too. Contract -- outlining expectations, scheduled times, fees (contract can be cancelled with 7 days notice from either party...so you aren't tied into some crazy long term commitment!)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
