- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial meeting will include various methods to assess and determine a plan of action. Function and the fundamentals of movement are key in accomplishing this. The client's wants, needs and goals are discussed in order to provide a realistic time frame to achieve set goals. Every client is different and the assessment provides for this.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Lifelong athlete that started in the fitness industry after having my second knee injury and was working on my own rehabilitation. Started helping others and working at the gym I was working out at. I really enjoyed problem solving and helping my clients's get the results that they wanted.
