- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We founded The Search Engine Guys on the basic premise of always wanting to do what's right for the client, even if it means making less money ourselves. We're constantly pushing ourselves in-house to earnestly seek out the things that make a prospective client successful now, how they hope to increase revenues, and the nuances of their geographic market. Once we begin to wrap our minds around these things, we research out how that business could do those things better by being savvy in our application of digital strategies. There's always something special about telling a client who trusts us, to do something that ultimately takes marketing budget that could have been spent with us, to go with another group if we think that other group can fulfill a function for that client better than we can. That's true advisement and what it's all about for us.
