FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, unfortunately, every project is different in many different ways. We need to view it to get a proper proposal for the customer. Many customers get stuck by people throwing out numbers just to get the deal and then it turns bad half way through.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer personally if possible and get an idea of their taste and what they may envision for their project. I can then better throw out some ideas that they may not have thought of. Once we get a game plan together, I walk them through every step of the way. It is my job to run the jobs as efficiently as possible and keeping the quality and service at its best. In the end, we want the customer to be happy with the end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for 18 years. I have handled many diverse projects as well as your standard kitchen, bath, flooring and room remodels. I love and thrive on what we do. Nothing but the best service will do for me.
