My trainer, Fred Douglas, is one of the most experienced, committed, and encouraged trainer at War Room Fitness. Fred is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. I enjoy his one and one session along with outdoor group exercise. My fitness has increased and improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights, and gain more strength in cardio endurance. Fred is an amazing trainer. He really focuses on areas you want to improve. He helps on form and really pushes you to do things you might not finish on your own.
