Patti assisted me recently with an Alaskan cruise on RoyalCaribbean. She was wonderful. Whenever I sent an email to her regarding information, she was always very responsive and accommodating. We asked her about recommendations on where to stay in Seattle and she was also helpful in telling us about the place and making recommendations that were close to tourist sites/attractions. I certainly do plan to seek her assistance for my next cruise trip.
