FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is the achievement of tangible results for our customers. We want to understand what you expect to receive from your investment and find ways to not only get you there, but also help you measure it along the way. As such, we feel it is important to meet with clients and discuss projects in detail before establishing an estimate. In some cases, it is even best for us to do a discovery design sprint to make sure we can lay out a budget conscious roadmap that adds value to your business each step of the way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Tanya and Eric first started working together at the same company in Boston. At that time, a number of freelance opportunities came up and the two of them partnered to build a new community platform full of both new functionality and refreshed design. After realizing the way in which each of them both various aspects of both technical experience and a perspective for beautiful design, they formed Two Row Studio to offer their services to a wider group of customers.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We always encourage to think of design projects as investments. What do you want the design to provide? How can it be measured? What will your bottom line gain from it? These can be tricky questions and you don't need answers right away. Still, a successful project is one where you have gotten more out of the result than you put into it. Let's work together to make that happen.
