- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to meet with or talk on the phone with the customer about their expectations and special requests. I explain the process and everything that I will be doing for the price agreed upon and then make sure any and all questions have been answered. My priority is to make sure the customer feels good and excited about the product!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally started doing videography so that I could compile my family's home videos into a Christmas present for my mom. From there, I fell in love with editing and creating videos that really capture the beauty of life.
