I requested an estimate for a wooden fence and some labor yard work I wanted something very simple yet very nice with some flowers. I got and estimate really quick and when we scheduled for the date I got an email from Oneil two nights before stating he wouldn't be able to make it due to family issues. Which wasn't an issue with me things like this happen!! The day after he came and did the work and followed up the day after and did finishing touches overall it was a great experience his partner as well as him are really great guys and super helpful!! I would recommend them 100% my yard looks amazing now!

Landscape clean up, bark, weeding, mowing. Did a great job--and did just what they said they would do and a little more. We would hire them again.

Came promptly out to look at the job to give an accurate estimate of the job. Said he would email me right away with the estimate. When I didn't get it I contacted him a few days later but he didn't respond. A week later I got a note to call him, when I did and asked why he hadn't responded he muttered something about a personal problem. I asked again for a written estimate. I received a very rude email saying he didn't want my business. Do not recommend him

Hi Cheryl I am sorry you feel this way. I didn't respond to you for three days not a week and I have that documented. I tried to tell you that my Grandfather died of cancer the day after i met you and you interrupted me saying "so i am pretty pissed i didn't get a estimate" also you responded with a unfriendly tone. I do not want to work or have my employees in a bad work environment. So i called you back and emailed you saying that we are not going to proceed with an estimate very professionally. Then i got a email back from you saying that a real professional would not get huffy puffy about a family situation and send a letter. And then I told you God Bless and thank you for your consideration.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Exchange info and set up a met time. Next I will walk the project through with you and take notes making sure we do our best make your vision come true. Then i will do my absolute to give you the best to give you the lowest bid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up i work with my grandpa who did landscaping and masonry i have also held position in well known company. I have my AA in Agricultural Landscaping.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Its been a life long passion of mine.
