- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to charge flat rates for my design services with a guarantee on turn-a-round time. I usually will include a limited amount of revisions in my flat rate with additional revisions at an additional charge. However, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me and I will always go above and beyond to make my clients happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will get acquainted. I want to know about you! Knowing your vision and understanding what drives you will be integral part of how I design for your business. There is only one you and the designs created for you should stand out, not be cookie cutter designs! When creating a logo, graphic, print or web design I will present you with a mock up or several to start with. We will then begin on revisions until it is perfect!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a graphic designer for over 10 years. I have a degree both in graphic arts and in information and media technology. I am also certified in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
