FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I charge $90 an hour for my hourly services and my 10-week weight loss package is $620. I also charge a travel fee if you live outside of a 7 mile radius from downtown St. Paul. For virtual clients, I charge a weekly rate that depends on the specific services you are looking for. I can tailor any virtual coaching and training package to meet your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an extensive Q & A between the client and I to determine our compatibility and so that I know the client is truly ready to make a change. I require a solid commitment and a lot of work from my clients, and they are rewarded with success. I have a number of questionnaires I use to assess a client's current level of fitness, quality of diet, level of commitment and to identify any health risks. Then we dive in and get started making changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in behavioral science, which has allowed me to tailor my training and coaching programs to each client's unique personality in order to ensure success. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise. Continuing education is required to keep those certifications up to date. I do about 20 hours of continuing ed every year, and I spend around 10 hours every week reading the latest research on health, exercise and nutrition.
