Rashelle Brown is my dietary coach, manager and motivator! People do things for their own reasons... Rashelle got me in touch with why I over eat (and over drink) and more importantly, she got me in touch with MY OWN MOTIVATION FOR LOSING WEIGHT. Through asking the tough questions, Rashelle forced me to think and then write down my motivations for becoming healthier! Once I wrote down my thoughts and motivations on paper (or in this case a laptop) they became real. The result was that I lost 32 pounds in a five week period, while retaining my energy. In fact, I have NEVER felt better. I was NOT hungry one day during this peroid. Her process is healthy, organic and holistic! And it is a way of life. If I work her process I will succeed, if I don't, I won't. Now on to the next 50 pounds I need to lose before 2016!

When I decided to change my body I knew I needed to start with changing my mind. As a CEO and mom of three teenagers, I’d been putting everyone’s needs ahead of my health for a long time. Rashelle Brown has been the perfect trainer, coach, nutrition adviser and accountability partner. Six months into my journey I’ve lost 25 pounds and completely changed my relationship with food. I enjoy working out, but am often intimidated by “large” exercise classes that are majority aerobic/dance workouts. I have always wanted to incorporate “strength” training, but was concerned about learning how to do this in large classes, while also getting the attention I needed to “learn” proper form. I have had the privilege of having Rashelle as a trainer, both in small group and larger class settings and appreciate the attention and thoughtfulness she brings to every workout session. I guarantee you will leave sweaty! There is nothing easy about her workouts, but I’ve been to many gyms and many classes and Rashelle’s unique approach to exercise and working out really work for me. Best of all, my body is changing. I am stronger and I’m learning so much about exercise😊 Having Rashelle as a trainer has been so inspirational. She is super smart and motivating without being intimidating.

Rashelle's influence in my life has changed my perspective from one of "always dieting" to "new lifestyle". I am resistant to new ideas, lazy, unmotivated, and probably whiny, but she has taken it all in stride. She motivates me by encouraging me without being pushy, supporting me without me feeling I can't be honest or I might disappoint her, and she truly makes me want to do better. I am so thankful for the new way to look at food and exercise; my weight loss journey is not over by any means, but this time I feel that the changes I have made are lasting and I thank Rashelle for her expertise and patience throughout the process.
