- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a biometric screening which will provide data for you including blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, BMI, and body fat percentage. It will also include a blood profile including glucose, cholesterol (HDL, LDL, and Total), and Triglycerides.(optional) Then we will have a consultation in which establish your goals, and concerns. After, we create a health profile and risk analysis, and determine what should be focused on first. If the customer wants, we will set up times for Health Coaching to work with you through the process of your lifestyle changes.

B.S. Kinesiology and Health, Exercise is Medicine.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients of all ages. Children through elderly. Both healthy and those with chronic disease such as, arthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, osteoporosis, general pain, and fatigue.
