- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whether it's web design or anything marketing related, our prices start out at $300 because we know what our time is worth and the value we bring to clients. We don't have anything standard per se' after that until we know what the client is looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to find out more about their needs and desires before we just give a standard quote for pricing. Often times new customers just want a quote which is understandable. However when a full assessment is done of the clients desire, then we can go out and do the work effectively. This cuts down miscommunication, time lag, wasted energy and money on both sides. After we know what the client desires, we get to work. We always under promise and over deliver because we factor in variables that are out of our control.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 7 years of internet marketing experience. Most of our training and education has been via online courses and live seminars in which we've invested tens of thousands of dollars. No financial aid or scholarship was given lol. We spent that out of our own pockets.
