My mother's passion for cooking and sharing her food with others, inspired me to want to pursue my dream of cooking professionally for others. i spent six years at a five diamond, five star hotel, learning from some of their most experienced chefs. Soon after I began cooking for large groups of parties. My heart is in making food.
