I'm on time, friendly, come up with options that save money, care about the quality of work performed, when I need something that is needed for the job, I purchase it before I'm on the job site, and only with the permission of the client. My hours are full hours worked, not lunch or breaks! Your wants and needs are my priority. I enjoy the feedback that clients give to me, it's always positive and upbeat. I've have not received a bad review yet on my thumbtack site. And most of all, working for myself means that I only answer to myself :) usually I charge 150.00 for the 1st hour then 50 per hour afterwards. (Why)gas+ depreciation of tools/vehicle.

Fred installed an exterior back door to my home today. The cost for labor was way lower then any other contracture. He is genuinely a nice guy and was considerate in every aspect of the job. The finish project is absolutely impressive in quality. I’ll be going to Fred for my house projects from now on.

Oh my GOODNESS!! Fred was beyond awesome to work with. He agreed to install my vinyl plank flooring and showed up within a day or two and had it done within a week!!! First of all - his bid was awesome!!! He communicated throughout the project and even sent pictures, which I really appreciated. He proved trustworthy to work on his own and come and go when nobody was around. I never even actually saw him in person. He honored everything that he said he would do at the outset in his bid without a hitch. I will definitely be keeping his number and using him for any handyman services needed in the future!!! Very impressive service and quality work!

Fred helped with some varied handywork. He hung a swing from the ceiling, installed 2 faucets, hung a TV and put on 3 sliding door locks. He was courteous and efficient. Work is quality.

Fred really helped us out after a break-in which destroyed the door frame. He was able to quote the work using a picture and be out there the next day. He spent a good chunk of time making sure the door was level, square, and shunned correctly which we definitely appreciate the attention quality. Thanks Fred!
