I'm on time, friendly, come up with options that save money, care about the quality of work performed, when I need something that is needed for the job, I purchase it before I'm on the job site, and only with the permission of the client. My hours are full hours worked, not lunch or breaks! Your wants and needs are my priority. I enjoy the feedback that clients give to me, it's always positive and upbeat. I've have not received a bad review yet on my thumbtack site. And most of all, working for myself means that I only answer to myself :) usually I charge 150.00 for the 1st hour then 50 per hour afterwards. (Why)gas+ depreciation of tools/vehicle.

Did a fantastic job and stayed true to the quoted price for the job, even after a few additional items were needed. Professional and courteous throughout the repair, even provided information about what he was doing, which is beneficial for those of us who aren't too handy.

Fred showed up on time on the right day with all the tools he needed, including supplies he though we might forget. He was thorough and not happy just finishing the job but made sure it was done well (ie that the deadbolt was easy to lock and wasn't super hard to lock). We'll definitely use Fred again.

Fred was able to do the work I needed right away. I am very happy with the quality of his work and his willingness to do the additional things I needed done. He did drywall repair, removed the old bathroom sink and installed a new one, replaced two outlets in the bedroom and replaced molding around 5 doors. Thank you Fred.

Fred helped with some varied handywork. He hung a swing from the ceiling, installed 2 faucets, hung a TV and put on 3 sliding door locks. He was courteous and efficient. Work is quality.
