Parents tell me I truly care about my students. My lessons are personalized. I do not just sit and do homework with them! I pinpoint areas to work on with them and bring materials to do so. I understand special Ed law and can help with IEPs. I communicate with schools and provide informatiom and incorporate suggestions. I try to incorporate study skills intoand lessons, I just plain love teaching. I get very excited when my dyslexic kids learn to read, I love it when I make breakthroughs in math. The ultimate comment! When a student says that they want to be a tutor when they grow up and help kids like I do ?
