Introduction: I like to help people who haven’t filed for a number of years, and are anxious about what will happen once they do file. Helping guide people through the process with empathy and compassion is one way I can make a difference in the lives of my clients. I believe it’s my job to look out for the average American taxpayer, to help them, and to give them the benefit of all of the knowledge I’ve gained through the years. I have been doing taxes for years, and my clients always get the best rates and the maximum possible refund. Many clients are surprised by how many questions I ask them. The truth is, once I get to know people, I am able to find them tax breaks or credits that help them either pay less in tax, or get more of their money back. If I don’t know an answer off the top of my head, I will research the topic until I know it front to back. I take pride in working hard for my clients. I am listed twice on the IRS website; once as an ERO (electronic return originator), and once as an annual filing season program participant. I have special payment plans for people with low to moderate income, especially those with families, and will allow those clients to pay with their refund. Just ask me if you can pay by refund.
