- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- It all starts with a free no obligation consultation call to learn more about your business, your goals and to answer your questions. You decide if you want to move forward or not. - After our discovery call/meeting, I prepare a project proposal based on the information gathered from our first conversation. The proposal includes detailed scope of project, deliverables, timeline and total cost. - Job begins immediately after you approve the proposal and the initial 25% deposit is paid. - You are free to contact me any time throughout the duration of project. - You are the rightful owner of all the work produced during our time working together as long as all invoices are paid in full.
