Mr Dixon is a very trustworthy person. He arrived on time and immediately identified the problem. He could have taken advantage of me for not knowing the problem. However, he pointed out my problem, which I could correct myself, which saved me money. I really appreciate his honesty and highly recommend him.

We had a freezer problem over the weekend (of course!) we called Danny Dixon, but he has out of town. He said if he got back early he would try to come. He kept us advised of his schedule. We followed Frigadiaire suggestions to fix problem, it worked (?) Dort of, but I still wanted Dixon to come out. Danny came out Tuesday diagnosed by the problem. gave us 2 options. We decided to empty the freezer, ice the food & defrost the freezer. ITWORKED!!! Danny Dixon is the MAN!
