- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will try to do my best to work within your budget. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I make initial contact with a potential new customer I like to meet with them face to face. I find out exactly what they want and make sure I can give them the service they deserve on their special day. I go over pricing. I always try to go above and beyond what I agree to do and so do my bartenders.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified mixologist. I got my certification in 1992. I also have my managers certification through the Jefferson County Health Department as well as serve safe certified.
