** SACMMED ** DO NOT RECCOMEND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS**IMy laptop had some broken hinges. I brought my laptop in to be fixed in October. I told him I use my laptop every day for work and I needed it fixed quickly. Lionel diagnosed the problem and said he would order the part. I paid a $125 invoice for the part piece. Said part came in two weeks later during November and it was the wrong part and wrong color. Lionel said he would reorder the correct piece and refund me my money until the correct piece came in and that my laptop would be fixed before Thanksgiving. It is now December and I have tried to reach Lionel MULITPLE times, via text and phone calling, to inquire about getting my refund OR if they new part came in. If he could not have fixed it, that's fine, but he said he could and took my money and hasn't gotten in contact with me. He will not take any of my calls or return them or my texts. He has basically ghosted me. I have been scammed out of $125 and my laptop is still broken. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and filing a complaint with the BBB. This is not professional AT ALL!!!!
