- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our normal charges are $200 an hour for a minimum of 4 hours. If the venue is more than 75 miles away from our office - there is a $100 travel fee. If karaoke or dance lighting is wanted, there is a $200 fee for each one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them and go over everything and fill out one of our planners to make sure we have everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing this for a very long time, and we know how to get it right. I worked in radio in my younger years - that gave me the know how.
