This team of 4 - David, Joshua, Cayce and Casey is phenomenal. We were replacing two 20-year old Rheem systems, both in the attic. I honestly thought this was a two-day job, although we were told it would be a one-day job, but working as a team and with a process of everyone knowing what they are to do, they got it done! Because our systems are in the attic, Im sure this made the job quite a challenge. We purchased the Bryant Evolution and love the many bells and whistles that come it. So far, we are extremely pleased, though I admit we have to learn and adjust to how a variable speed HVAC system works. The sales team, Michael and Shane, told us the systems are quiet, and that they are! Were looking forward to seeing the difference in our energy bill.

Water heater installed. Fabulous customer service from Home Depot referral to speaking with Brandon at COMFORT DYNAMICS Brandon ascertained best product and install criteria. Then scheduled an install without delay. Spencer, the technician arrived on time. He removed the 25 year old leaking water heater and installed the new one quickly. The area was thoroughly cleaned. Spencer was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

The rep was very punctual, arriving just after 8am as promised. He explained each step of the service and informed me of the readings. He was professional and respectful, outstanding customer service!
