- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its not complicated, it just depends on the scope of the work so it hard to give set prices until I know what is involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a phone conversation is a must. I like to get to know my customers and better understand their needs, first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes i travel to a workshop at least every other year and i am always keeping up to date with online courses and workshops.
