LaRoy Kirkland was very responsive and showed up at the agreed upon time. There was an issue with part of the work we were unhappy with and he came out and fixed it and was apologetic. Our satisfaction with the project was actually important to him and we are very happy with the work!

He did a great job installing a new water heater for us. He had been gone a few hours when we discovered our hot water was not working. He promptly returned and found the heating element in the new heater was bad and had to be replaced. He will definitely be the first person I contact for any future plumbing problems.
