I cannot say how wonderful my experience was today with Jill Wallace's notary service. I was stressed, she put me at ease immediately. I couldn't find a pen. She had pens. She was exceedingly patient with and kind to my 90 year old mother, who was doing the 'signing'. She did not rush us. We felt 100% taken care of. Mother invited her to come back to see her. Bottom line - a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10.
