- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are additional fees for travel, extra hours of photography, or large groups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial email conversation then once a customer is interested I like to have a phone convo to determine their needs. Once a customer has signed a contract and paid the deposit, we discuss wardrobe, location and image delivery. My goal is to make sure we are a good fit for each other and that the client is clear on what I provide and do not provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm self-taught through on-line course and articles. I've been studying photography on my own since 2010.
