- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies from job to job. Pricing depends on multiple factors including difficulty, size, dirtiness and more. Feel free to give us a call if you would like an estimate, all consultations are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we start by talking to the customer to get an idea of what they are in need of. We then either look at the property online or can schedule a time to come out and look in person. We digitally send all estimates to our customers where they then can accept and we proceed with the work. No payment is due until the work is completed and check by the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have expert training in the field, as well as over 5 years of experience.
