My wife and I were very happy with the results of the job that Dionne and John's crew did on our house. One of them either came by or called each day that their crew was working to check on the progress and address any issues that we had. Their crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dione and her crew are great. They painted my ceilings in my home and also a couple of doors and window trim. It made the house look 20 years younger! They showed up on time, the owner inspected the job and made sure I was happy. I highly recommend them. I forgot to take pictures of my doors but will try to upload them later.

Our experience with Painter1 of Baldwin County was beyond exceptional! Working with the owner, Dionne Inman, was a pleasure! She was professional, helpful, and a joy to work with, and provided a very reasonable quote for our painting project before she left the house, following up with a written quote before the day was over. Our project was scheduled quickly and the team arrived right on time and got right to work. We were told that it would be completed in two days, but they completed it in one and we could not be happier with their work! They cleaned up everything and moved our furniture back perfectly! Dionne came by at the beginning of the project, and in the middle, and walked us through the rooms when the team had finished their work to make sure she was satisfied with the work, as well as us! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to give exemplary customer service from the very beginning of our relationship with a client. When you inquire with Painter1, you will receive a call, message back, or text asking how you would prefer to communicate. You can tell us about your project and if we are a good fit we will work with your schedule to set up a free estimate. Our estimator will arrive on time and be respectful of your home and family. Once you receive your quote, we will follow up to see if you have any questions or if we can clarify anything for you. To schedule your project, we will consult the calendar with you and work together to fit your needs. Your project will have a project manager to manage the job from start to finish, this is your point of contact and they will help with any questions that may arise during the work. The painting crews will be professional & courteous. Once your project is complete, the project manager will do a thorough inspection with the painters to do any touch ups if needed, then another walk through with you to assure that you are 100% satisfied before closing out the job. We strive to gain your 5 star review and we will take care of your project from start to finish to earn that.
