- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge a service call fee. I adhere to a flat rate pricing structure that helps me keep things affordable for both myself and the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet the customer on their property and discuss the problems they’re having with their irrigation system, as well as potential solutions. I then go through the entire system and make adjustments and make note of any repairs or replacements of system components that may be needed. After which, I present an estimate to the customer for the cost of necessary repairs, and if approved I can usually start and complete the work that very same day.
