Chris was amazing at bundling my package of airfare, hotels and car rentals. He even has gone above and beyond to help me with issues I had with the car rental company and the taxi service companies I had to use due to the car rental company. I'm hoping my refunds come soon and I can use Chris and his services again soon in the future. He made my trip seeing my son graduate from bootcamp a memorable one, and my first time flying not so scary. Thank you Chris.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work for the client to meet their travel needs and try to stay within their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to know what their interest are and what they are looking for in their vacation or traveling adventures. Then the major item we discuss is budget, which is important. Then I present them with an actual itinerary of their trip which is all inclusive for them to decide and look over for changes if any are needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my training as a travel agent from World Travel Holdings. Also, from various companies such as Disney, numerous cruise lines, and other travel options that most have never heard of.
